Exceptionally efficient way of extinguishing and isolating fire. The fire retardant tarp is made of non-flammable glass fibre fabric that does not burn through and quenches/extinguishes fire. The tarp confines toxic fumes and smoke within a few seconds thanks to silicone coating. It is used as a fire retardant blanket in case of fire or as a preventive measure.
The fire retardant tarp cannot fully extinguish burning lithium batteries since lithium is able to burn without oxygen. On the other hand, flames, high temperature and smoke are considerably reduced under the fire retardant blanket. This is the most efficient solution to put out the fires of EVs, lithium batteries and cells so far.
